Inside this team I lead the user experirnce of Vistaprint's first 1-click checkout solution, enabling customers to reorder products from their accounts with more speed and simplicity.

I led a comprehensive research and redesign initiative for Backgroundchecks.com, transforming the experience for applicants, clients, and report users alike. This overhaul enhanced the platform's usability and effectiveness for a diverse client base spanning small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, serving thousands of customers nationwide in their critical hiring and screening processes.

Co-founding a new marketplace for creative spaces at Techstars
In 2016 I co-founded, along with 3 other founders, AVVAY.com. AVVAY is an online marketplace for creative professionals to find and book creative spaces. I led product design, research and frontend development as well as helped the company raise a seed round of funding shortly after we graduated with the Techstars Builder 2018 class.
Transforming the debt collection experience with personalized experiences
As the first design hire at TrueAccord.com, I led the product design practice through the company's hyper-growth phase, where we tripled our client and customer base. My work spanned brand development, customer and client experience design, and marketing materials creation. These efforts played a key role in securing major fintech clients including Affirm and Upstart, contributing to the mission of "reinventing debt collection"
